Fit Test 3 results!

OK....so it has been a very LONG time since JP and i updated our blog =) since then, let's just say that january has been a very busy month, but not for insanity. seriously....jp and i were THISCLOSE to calling it quits on insanity. and so we sorta did....from the beginning of week 3, jp and i focused on 'core balance and recovery'.....


....and we stuck to this....until today, bc we are finally moving on from month 1! YEAH!


while doing 'core balance and recovery,' i would go to the gym like a good girl, averaging about 3 times per week...feeble attempts to maintain my insanity figure =) like i told japes, 'i dont wanna lose my insanity!'


so....after 5 weeks of NOT doing insanity religiously, here are our FIT TEST 3 PICS:








Go, Team Rajkumar!!!! YEAH! Monday is the beginning of Month 2...Max Interval Training.

SIDE NOTE: We have officially 6 weeks until Jennifer and Rudy's wedding....which means i have 5 weeks to look amazing before the family arrives =) sarees make me nervous, ESPECIALLY when the little number i have is COMPLETELY sheer =) gotta make jub jub's tum-tum and bum-bum looks FABulous!

Bronchitis

ugh.....so bronchitis killed a week of insanity for team rajkumar =( alas, we are behind exactly one week, and today we start up again with core and balance week before the big fit test 3!

report: jp has lost 10 lbs, and i have lost 5....no celebrating yet, as this poundage is muscle loss....POOP.

hopefully this won't affect our fit test results too much!

Fit Test 1

At the very beginning of the program, you do this Fit Test, where you do a bunch of exercises and record how many reps you can do in 1 minute.

Here are the results of our very first fit test!




Go Judi!! She beat everyone on the most # of exercises!

We'll do this test again in 2 weeks. Let's see how we do.
