The Challenge

We are four friends who party together, travel together, eat together, recover together. Somewhere after all this partying, travelling, and eating we realized we wanted to do something better for ourselves and settled on challenging each other to do the Insanity workout.

This workout is KILLER! Max intensity cardio with lots of plyometrics. Sweat dripping in your eyes and gasping for air after 10 min. All I know is, we better be DAMN HOT after all this working out!!!

The title is an homage to one of our favorite exercises of this workout -- Globe Jumps. Think squat jumps in all four directions as you circle the globe and hope you don't pass out near the south pole.
